Some of the roles at Community Care Options:

Support Workers - providing direct support to our clients, our Support Workers are trained and skilled. They are committed to supporting clients to be independent, with choices, respect and dignity. To start as a Support Worker, you will need a current First Aid certificate, driver's license and comprehensively insured car. Aged Care Certificate III or AIN certificate will be highly regarded, however some staff may be eligible to complete the Aged Care Certificate III by traineeship through our organisation. Applications for Support Worker positions are accepted at any time.

 

Case Manager - Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and many have complex needs. The role of Service Coordinator is to work with clients to identify and prioritise these needs, and to identify resources to meet those needs. We seek people who have a degree or equivalent experience, and who are committed to ethical and professional practice. We are committed to learning and quality improvement, and practice clinical supervision, professional and community development as an integral part of the role.

 

Administrative Assistant - As an organisation that supports over 200 clients across 6 programs, we need a highly organised team of support staff to administer our systems. This is no small challenge, and means our team members need to be adaptable, creative and open to new experiences. Roles in our administration team offer variety and learning opportunities. Administration functions include payroll, bookkeeping, rostering, reception and management support.
